Due to the nature of perishable food items, our return and refund conditions differ from standard retail products.
Please read the policy carefully.
1. No Returns for Perishable Items
As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
This includes:
- Sweets
- Snacks
- Bakery items
- Savories
- Custom gift boxes
- Festival packs
2. Eligible for Replacement
A replacement will be provided only if:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The wrong item was delivered
- Packaging is tampered or leaked at the time of delivery
To request a replacement:
- Share an unedited photo/video of the item within 2 hours of delivery
- Contact us via phone or email
- Provide your order number and delivery details
3. No Refund for:
- Orders not collected by the customer
- Taste preferences
- Minor variations in color, shape, or size (as items are handmade)
- Spoilage due to improper storage after delivery
- Orders placed with incorrect address or details
- Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds will be processed only in cases where:
- Replacement is not possible
- The order was canceled by us due to stock or operational issues
Refund method:
- Amount will be refunded to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days, depending on bank/payment gateway
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing the order (only for online orders).
- After preparation begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
Custom bulk orders and festival pre-orders are non-cancellable.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The address provided is incomplete or incorrect
- Customer is unavailable to receive the delivery
- Delivery is attempted multiple times but fails
