1. Delivery Coverage – All Over India
We deliver orders across India, including:
- Tamil Nadu
- Karnataka
- Kerala
- Andhra Pradesh
- Telangana
- Maharashtra
- Delhi NCR
- West Bengal
- Gujarat
- And all other states & union territories
Highly perishable items may be restricted to nearby locations, depending on shelf life and transit safety.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before the daily cut-off time are processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next working day.
- Festive or bulk orders may require additional time for preparation.
3. Delivery Timelines (PAN India)
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days
- South India (KA, KL, AP, TS): 2–4 working days
- Rest of India: 3–7 working days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners usually make 1–2 attempts.
Orders may be marked as failed if:
- Customer is unavailable
- Phone number is unreachable
- Incorrect address is provided
Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries of perishable items.
6. Packaging & Freshness Guarantee
We take extra care to ensure:
- Airtight, tamper-proof packaging
- Freshness is maintained during transit
- Proper handling for long-distance delivery
However, we are not responsible for spoilage after delivery due to improper storage.

For courier shipments, customers will receive:

Local deliveries may not include tracking but will be coordinated by phone.

If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please report it within 2 hours of delivery.
